Our framing hammers have an extra large serrated face, designed to grip the nail head through the drive, reducing slippage and bent nails. All hammers are built with our sleek aerodynamically contoured 18" handles in either straight or curved design. Handles are made from flame-treated American hickory and machine-gauged to a precise balance, then double-sanded, buffed and lacquered to assure maximum comfort. High polished heads are triple-steel wedged to the handles for permanent head-to-handle bonding.
